Hold a Bachelor of Commerce( English Accounting section )at June 2002 from South Valley University.


• Accountant at B-Tech Company for Trading and Distribution from march 2003 to April 2011.
Job Duties
1) Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

2) Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.

3) Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.

4) Report to management regarding the finances of establishment.

5) Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.

6) Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.

• Chief Accountant at Bio Garden Egypt for manufacturing &investment from June 2011 until now
Job Duties
1. Responsible for knowing critical functions within the department and capable of mentoring and assisting employees within the department.
2. Monitors compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and company procedures.
3. Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
4. Reviews accounts payables and weekly check runs.
5. Determines proper handling of financial transactions and approves transactions within designated limits.
6. Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts, cost centers and documents business transactions.
7. Responsible for distributing financial statements and cost center reports.
